Flexley Mover P603

Flexley Mover P603 is ABB Robotics' compact heavy-payload autonomous mobile robot for moving materials within factories and warehouses. Its differential, bidirectional drive can turn on the spot, while AI-enabled Visual SLAM uses camera information and learned environmental features for localisation and navigation. ABB's AMR Studio software supports configuration and fleet operation, and the platform accepts different top modules for the load and transfer method required by an installation.

The P603 carries up to 1,500 kilograms and is positioned for racks, containers, pallets and other production or logistics carriers. Multi-origin and multi-destination workflows can connect storage, picking, kitting, assembly and robot-cell stations without fixed guide infrastructure. The exact P603 configuration is distinct from the P304, P404 and P604 models in the wider Flexley Mover family. Payload interfaces, top module, traffic rules and communications with surrounding equipment are selected for the deployed material-flow process.
