About KR FORTEC
KR FORTEC comprises seven principal six-axis configurations spanning payloads from 240 to 500 kilograms and reaches from 2.8 to 3.75 metres. The range supports large-part handling, spot welding, machining, assembly and palletising while retaining a compact base and common mechanical architecture across several payload classes.
Hollow-shaft routing protects customer process cables through the arm, and the modular design shares components with other KUKA heavy-robot families to simplify maintenance and spares. Foundry and high-inertia variants address heat, contamination and large offset loads. KR C5 control and optional linear axes extend the robot into large production cells.
