Mujin Single-SKU Palletizer

Mujin Single-SKU Palletizer is a commercial robotic cell whose stacking and robot motion are generated by MujinOS. During setup, an integrator selects the robot and end effector, models the conveyor, safety fencing and surrounding equipment, then enters case dimensions, weight, feed orientation and pallet geometry. MujinOS uses those inputs to create the stacking pattern, trajectories and multi-case pick control.

Configuration and later pattern changes are handled through a browser interface, while an operations dashboard exposes cell status for monitoring and improvement. Mujin says a prepared system can begin operating in about 30 minutes without robot teaching or conventional programming and can process up to 1,400 cases per hour. The product is also offered through trained system-integration partners for deployment at logistics and manufacturing sites.
