NANOFLEX Robotic System
About
About NANOFLEX Robotic System
Nanoflex Robotics is developing a telerobotic intervention system that steers ultra-flexible endovascular devices with controlled magnetic fields. A physician uses a console to bend and orient the device tip inside complex vasculature, while a compact mobile field generator provides the magnetic guidance needed for acute turns without transmitting force along a conventional catheter shaft.
The architecture combines the field generator, a robotic advancer for guidewires and catheters, a control interface and AI-compatible connectivity. Nanoflex has positioned mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke as the first target application, with further cardiovascular and peripheral procedures under investigation. The system remains a developing medical platform, so preclinical and remote-animal study results should not be read as broad clinical clearance.
