VGP20 Vacuum Gripper

VGP20 creates vacuum electrically at the robot wrist, eliminating compressors, pneumatic hoses and plant-air connections. Its suction layout can be configured for cartons, bags and packaged goods, while onboard vacuum monitoring confirms whether a workpiece has been acquired. The gripper carries loads up to 20 kg and maintains programmable control through the robot application.

OnRobot supplies software integrations for major collaborative and industrial robot brands, allowing operators to configure gripping actions within the robot’s normal programming environment. The unit is used in case packing, depalletising, palletising and other high-cycle material-transfer cells. Installation covers mechanical mounting, suction-cup selection, payload validation and programming through OnRobot’s common tooling interface.
