About VGC10 Vacuum Gripper
VGC10 houses its vacuum generator inside a lightweight end-effector body, allowing installation without compressed-air lines or an external pump. Interchangeable fittings, extension pieces and suction cups can be arranged around irregular workpieces and restricted access points. Two independently controlled vacuum channels support dual picking or separate pickup and release actions within one robot cycle.
The gripper connects through OnRobot’s common tooling and software system for supported industrial and collaborative arms. Operators configure each channel and monitor vacuum state from the robot program. VGC10 is used for machine loading, packaging, assembly and transfer of small, oddly shaped or relatively heavy items on compact robot cells.
