About 50HFE
The 50HFE is an air-cooled two-stroke engine using Orbital’s FlexDI direct-injection system to operate on JP-5, JP-8, Jet A, Jet A-1 or gasoline. The integrated package includes the engine, fuel system and FlexECU electronic control unit, with CAN communication supporting connection to the aircraft’s wider management system.
