Pickle Robot

Pickle Robot is a mobile manipulation system for unloading loose, floor-loaded freight from trailers and ocean containers. A six-axis KUKA arm, onboard compute, integrated lighting and a mobile base allow the robot to advance into the trailer, identify mixed boxes and place them onto the dock conveyor.

The system handles packages from 6-inch cubes to 24 × 24 × 32 inches and up to 50 pounds. Pickle reports production rates from 400 to 1,500 cases per hour depending on freight. The Dill Autonomy Engine combines classical control, generative AI and targeted human input, while deployment requires no warehouse-management-system integration and can reach production within five days.
