About MANDRILL
MANDRILL is Quantum Systems' modular high-mobility uncrewed ground vehicle for reconnaissance, logistics, rescue, force protection and tactical support. The electric platform carries more than 750 kilograms, reaches 100 kilometres per hour and has a stated range up to 200 kilometres, with short and long chassis and wheel or track drive options.
Mission modules include cargo cages, stretchers, sensor turrets, drone carriers and energy supply, while bidirectional charging lets the vehicle power other field equipment. AI mapping supports navigation when satellite positioning is unavailable, and remote or optional crewed control supplements autonomous operation. MOSAIC UXS connects MANDRILL with aerial and ground assets for shared planning and data. The platform was unveiled in February 2026 and remains an early programme.

- Quantum Systems wins Ukraine validation contract for autonomous Zetros trucks and MANDRILL UGVs
2026-07-08 - Contract Award - The contract covers 10 Daimler Truck Zetros vehicles equipped with Quantum Systems MOSAIC Ground Autonomy Kit and 10 MANDRILL unmanned ground vehicles. Daimler Truck is the platform partner for the autonomous Zetros integration, while the systems will support National Guard of Ukraine frontline validation. Quantum lists MANDRILL with up to 750 kg payload, 100 km/h top speed and up to 200 km electric range.

2026-02-23 - Product Launch - MANDRILL is Quantum Systems’ first own unmanned ground vehicle and the opening member of a planned ground-systems family. The modular platform supports ISR payloads, logistics and engineering support, and casualty evacuation missions. MANDRILL integrates with the company’s MOSAIC UXS software suite for multidomain autonomous operations.
