Rebl Workmate

Rebl Workmate is a configurable warehouse-robot system for palletizing, depalletizing and item picking. Rebl describes parcel handling below 35 kilograms, with published throughput bands of 350–600 parcels per hour for palletizing and up to 1,300 per hour for depalletizing; its picking configuration handles pieces below 5 kilograms at rates up to 1,200 per hour.

The system combines 3D scanning, parcel detection and dynamic path or stacking-pattern planning with a human-centred monitoring interface. Deployment is designed around rapid installation and configuration changes, including mixed incoming goods and products that have not been exhaustively pre-trained. Rebl sells the equipment through a results-based robotics-as-a-service model, placing production output and operational support alongside the robot hardware.
