About RIEGL VUX-120-23

VUX-120-23 uses three scan directions—nadir, forward and backward—to capture terrain and vertical surfaces during one flight. The sensor records up to 2.4 million measurements per second and uses online waveform processing to identify several returns from vegetation, wires and complex structures.

The compact scanner supports UAV, helicopter and fixed-wing installation and provides interfaces for GNSS/IMU and camera integration. RIEGL software converts the measurements into calibrated point clouds for corridor, forestry, terrain, urban and infrastructure mapping.
