Dual-Arm Lift

About

About Dual-Arm Lift

Dual-Arm Lift is RealMan's mobile-manipulation platform with two RM65-B-V six-axis arms mounted on a vertical lifting column. Each arm carries up to five kilograms. The 900-millimetre lift stroke lets the system work from floor level to a fully extended vertical reach of 2.4 metres, supporting handling at different shelf and equipment heights.

Integrated vision and a CTAG2F90D gripper support object recognition and grasping. Wired teleoperation provides direct robot control and records coordinated two-arm demonstrations for AI training. The platform combines this data-collection workflow with autonomous navigation, a stated travel speed of 1.5 metres per second and three to four hours of operation. An optional RM75-B-V arm configuration and application-specific tooling allow developers to adapt reach and manipulation to their own tasks.
