Trident

Trident is Seafloor Systems’ trimaran survey vessel with a central sonar bay for compact multibeam equipment. It follows remote commands or preplanned survey routes, collecting depth measurements in confined waters that larger survey boats may struggle to reach. Detachable outriggers simplify transport between sites.

Two brushless thrusters with weed guards provide propulsion, and articulated servo steering controls direction. Three removable batteries supply approximately four hours of operation at a two-knot survey speed. The platform accepts different positioning and sonar packages for work in rivers, lakes, dredge ponds and treatment facilities.
