Palion Lift RS1

Palion Lift RS1 is Seegrid’s autonomous lift truck for moving and vertically staging pallets in manufacturing and warehouse environments. The vehicle handles loads up to 1,588 kilograms, uses ITA-rated forks and can place pallets at heights up to 1.83 metres without a driver riding on the truck.

Layered 2D and 3D LiDAR provide personnel and obstacle detection in high-traffic aisles. Operators initiate work through a start-button interaction, while Seegrid’s fleet software coordinates routes and assignments. A 24-volt, 750-amp-hour battery supports sustained material flow between production, storage and outbound areas.
