About iLoabot-M
iLoabot-M is a tracked mobile manipulator for autonomous loading and unloading across the final 20 metres of a logistics flow. Radar-based SLAM locates docks, cargo bays and goods, while the robot plans its route and handles cases inside dynamic loading areas. SENAD specifies autonomous obstacle avoidance and connections to WMS and WCS systems.
The platform adapts to different vehicle and cargo-bay dimensions, including sloped approaches and unusually high or wide interiors. Interchangeable end effectors extend handling from boxes to bags and drums, and a low-code delivery environment allows integrators to configure operating sequences. SENAD reports 99.9 percent accuracy for cargo recognition and warehouse-system exchange; that figure is retained as a manufacturer performance claim tied to the stated integration workflow.

- SENAD and China Resources Sanjiu launch autonomous loading-robot project
2026-09-04 - Partnership - SENAD's iLoabot-M had already completed multiple rounds of multi-subject testing at China Resources Sanjiu's Guanlan facility. The project targets raw-material and finished-goods handling workflows that still rely partly on manual loading and unloading. The partners plan to combine pharmaceutical operating requirements with joint technical development and pursue broader use across production and logistics.
