About Tacta Glove
Tacta Glove records the hand motion and physical contact generated while a skilled worker performs a manufacturing task. It uses the same tactile-sensing family fitted to Tacta Hand, allowing demonstrations to include force, slip, texture and temperature information alongside finger movement. The worker carries out the existing process naturally while the system captures wrist, hand and contact data.
Captured sessions become training examples for Tacta Dexterous AI, linking what the worker saw and felt with the completed manipulation. This allows connector insertion, threading, fastening and similar skills to be learned from real production technique. The glove was unveiled in July 2026 as part of Tacta’s developing integrated system and is not yet presented as a broadly available standalone capture product.
