TM20

TM20 is a six-axis collaborative robot arm for heavier factory handling. It carries up to 20 kilograms across a 1,300-millimetre reach and combines Techman Robot’s camera system with graphical programming. The IP54 arm can locate parts, guide pick-and-place routines and support visual inspection without a separate vision controller in the basic cell architecture.

Typical deployments include machine tending, packaging, palletising and movement of larger workpieces. The arm mass is listed between 32 and 32.8 kilograms across TM20 documentation. The exact TM20 remains separate from the TM20M and TM20X variants, which share payload and reach but use different joint-range and application configurations. Integrated vision and collaborative sensing still require application-specific tooling, safeguarding and cell validation.
