About VersaTile Goods-to-Person Automation System

VersaTile is a modular warehouse-automation system built from independently moving floor tiles and a shared software layer. Matrix arranges tiles across multiple levels for tote sorting, sequencing, buffering and goods presentation, while Grid uses a two-dimensional layout for pallets, cages and dollies.

Parallel tile movements let the system react to demand without assigning every load a fixed route in advance. Installations can operate alone or augment existing pick walls, fulfilment stations and cross-dock processes through a standard API. VersaTile says the modular design can be installed in existing facilities without major groundworks and avoids a single mechanical point of failure. Performance therefore depends on the chosen layout, load carrier and surrounding workflow, with no universal robot specification.
