Wing Delivery Aircraft

Wing Delivery Aircraft is the airborne element of Wing’s automated last-mile delivery system. Its hybrid VTOL layout uses dedicated vertical-lift motors for take-off, landing and delivery, plus separate cruise motors for efficient forward flight. Packages are lowered on a tether after the aircraft checks the selected delivery area for obstacles.

Wing maintains an Aircraft Library whose aircraft and container configurations can be matched to different orders. Current technology materials state speeds up to 60 mph and routes up to 12 miles round trip, with individual flights automated while centrally located pilots oversee multiple aircraft, weather and air traffic.
