About YellowScan Mapper
Mapper combines a Livox Horizon scanner with an Applanix APX-15 UAV navigation unit in a 1.3-kilogram payload. It provides four-centimetre stated accuracy and precision, a laser range up to 130 metres and point density reaching 230 points per square metre under the specified flight profile.
The system mounts on multirotor, fixed-wing and helicopter UAVs through Gremsy, DJI SkyPort or custom interfaces. YellowScan supplies batteries, CloudStation software, PosPac processing, calibration, training and support. Applications include power lines, roads, terrain, forestry and construction monitoring.
