About TC-100EA Large Cooking Robot

TC-100EA is a large electromagnetic cooking system designed for batch production in canteens, hotels and central kitchens. Programmable heating, stirring, seasoning and discharge sequences reproduce stored recipes while reducing the amount of manual wok handling required for each batch.

The robot connects to Zhigu Tianchu’s recipe and smart-kitchen management systems, allowing operators to select dishes, standardise process parameters and record production. Ingredient preparation and loading remain part of the surrounding kitchen workflow, while one employee can supervise several cooking units. The platform targets repeatable, high-throughput preparation using organised ingredients and programmed recipes.
