TC-E40A

TC-E40A is a medium-size electromagnetic commercial cooking robot for restaurants and institutional kitchens. It supports manual or automatic operation and automates heat control, adjustable mixing, ingredient and seasoning addition, dish delivery and recipe timing across stir-frying, roasting, braising and boiling.

The current exact English product page lists a four-kilogram maximum batch, 12-kilowatt rated power, heating to 250 degrees Celsius, storage for more than 1,000 recipes, four solid-seasoning channels and eight liquid-seasoning channels. Its 775 by 920 by 1,740-millimetre cabinet weighs 130 kilograms. The separate TC-40EA-US is a North American-market model and is not treated as an event or specification variant of TC-E40A.
