ROSA Knee

ROSA Knee is a robotic surgical assistant for total knee arthroplasty. The system records anatomical landmarks, assesses soft tissues and builds a surgical plan for implant positioning and joint balance. A robotic arm, optical tracking system and cut guide then provide spatial boundaries and reference information while the surgeon performs the planned bone resections.

The OptimiZe workflow adds personalized surgeon profiles, automated kinematic-alignment planning and landmark-painting tools intended to reduce variability. Tracking supports cutting without pinning the cut guide to bone, and the system works with specified Zimmer Biomet knee implants including Persona and Vanguard configurations. ROSA Knee remains a distinct total-knee product record; ROSA Partial Knee, ROSA Hip, ROSA Shoulder and ROSA ONE are separate applications or platforms with their own indications and workflows.
