About RobotEra

RobotEra connects dexterous-hand development with human demonstration capture. Its XHAND 1 Pro has 21 actively controlled degrees of freedom and tactile sensing across the hand. In the MANUS integration, an operator's finger motion is translated into robot joint targets; fingertip position and rotation provide an alternative where the human and robot finger structures differ. Contact measurements can also drive feedback to the operator's corresponding fingers.

This creates a route to collecting manipulation examples that include both movement and responses to contact. Alongside these hand systems, RobotEra develops complete bipedal and wheeled robots for logistics and other physical tasks. Its commercial work includes cooperation with SF Express and China Post, while the hand interface also serves research into grasping, in-hand manipulation and robot learning.
