About Budbreak Innovations
Emma moves autonomously through vineyard and orchard rows while capturing high-resolution imagery of individual plants. The robot turns a manual scouting route into a repeatable data-collection pass, allowing growers to compare plant condition across locations and over time rather than relying only on occasional visual sampling.
Budbreak’s software processes those images for signs associated with disease, crop load and changing plant health. The resulting per-plant records can direct human inspection or treatment toward areas that need attention, positioning Emma as a crop-intelligence platform rather than a machine that performs pruning, spraying or harvesting itself.
