About Entocycle
Entocycle develops production systems for rearing black soldier fly larvae on food and agricultural by-products. Climate control, feeding, handling, separation and monitoring equipment move insects through each growth stage, producing protein and oil for animal feed alongside frass used as an agricultural input.
Its computer-vision and data systems monitor insect numbers, growth and environmental conditions so operators can adjust the process across large populations. Entocycle supplies farm design, equipment, biological operating procedures and commissioning rather than only selling an individual machine. Its UK Centre for Insect Technology is used to validate processes before transfer into customer facilities.

Entocycle partnered with Siemens to model and digitalise its insect-farm showroom in London. The facility used Siemens digital twin technology before construction and later added automation systems. The site included robotic arms, climate-controlled chambers and machine vision for larvae counting and monitoring.
