  • Intervest led the round with participation from GU Investment, JB Investment, Company K Partners, Hana Ventures, and FuturePlay.
  • WIRobotics said the capital would support marketing and sales expansion for consumer activities while also accelerating broader robotics R&D including robot hands and humanoids.
  • The raise followed WIRobotics' introduction of WIBS in 2023 and the February 2024 B2B rollout of its WIM walking-assist wearable robot.

WIRobotics is a South Korean robotics company developing wearable robots and humanoid platforms. Its earlier products include WIBS, an industrial back-support wearable robot, and WIM, a daily mobility-assist wearable robot.
