About
About EARTHBRAIN
EARTHBRAIN develops Smart Construction software and remote-operation systems for digitised jobsites. The platform collects terrain, machine, worker and material data, models the construction plan in a cyber environment and returns updated instructions to field operations. This connects surveying, planning, progress measurement and fleet coordination rather than treating each machine as an isolated asset.
Smart Construction Teleoperation, developed with Komatsu, lets an operator control compatible hydraulic excavators from a remote cockpit. High-definition views cover the front, rear, sides and work tool, while 5G and edge computing support the control link. The service works with Smart Construction Fleet and Retrofit data, giving contractors a path from connected-machine visibility to supervised remote excavation.

- 2026-06-17 - Product Launch - EARTHBRAIN and Komatsu launch PC200i-12 remote-operation system
The remote configuration retains 3D machine control, automatic swing, geofencing and collision-mitigation functions. One operator station can switch between multiple construction machines across different worksites. The companies have demonstrated remote construction at distances of up to 6,500 kilometres.
