About Sivy Perception
Sivy Perception builds neuromorphic sensing and compute technology for embodied machines and other edge devices. Its architecture converts sensor input into asynchronous spike signals, combines them with spiking-neural-network models and reduces repeated movement of data between sensing, memory and compute. ASC-01 is the company's first spike-encoding chip and supports planned tactile, chemical-sensing and electromyography interfaces.
By September 2026 ASC-01 had completed its first tape-out, packaging, power-on and testing cycle. Sivy is extending the chip into a sensing-to-decision-to-action system for low-power edge intelligence. The company was formed in Hangzhou in 2025 and raised an angel round to continue chip, model and system development.

- 2026-09-23 - Funding - Sivy Perception completes angel funding round
Qiji Chuangtan, Lingyi Ventures and Pengchen Investment participated, with Yiwei Capital acting as exclusive financial adviser. Sivy is developing a stack spanning neuromorphic sensing chips, spiking-neural-network models and sensing-to-action system architecture. The ASC-01 spike-encoding chip had completed tape-out, packaging, power-on and testing by the time of the round.
