About Murata
Murata manufactures electronic components used in sensing, connectivity, power and control systems. Its robotics-relevant catalogue includes inertial sensors, capacitors, connectivity modules, filters, power components and timing devices, with a dedicated application guide mapping these components into surgical-robot architectures.
The SCH16T-K01 six-degree-of-freedom inertial sensor is one named sensing option in that guide, while other Murata parts support communications, power conditioning and electromagnetic-noise management. These are subsystem inputs for robot manufacturers and do not constitute a complete perception, navigation or surgical-control system.

Murata launched SCH16T-K20, a high-precision 6-axis IMU for demanding industrial measurement applications. The sensor targets OEMs in robotics, drones and camera systems.
