About Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions
AITX's largest operating business is RAD's stationary security portfolio: ROSA combines video analysis and two-way audio, RIO provides solar-powered tower coverage, and AVA manages vehicle access. The group retains ownership of deployed hardware and earns most revenue through monthly subscriptions. Its mobile-security subsidiary, renamed PURSUON in August 2026, develops the ROAMEO patrol robot.
SARA supplies the shared software for analysing observations, communicating and escalating incidents, with RAD-G responsible for platform integration and licensing. Commercial billing for ROAMEO began in May 2026, while stationary products remain the established revenue base. For the year ended February 2026, AITX generated $7.75 million in revenue and recorded an $11.94 million operating loss.

- 2026-10-22 - Commercial Order - AITX’s RAD secures orders for 12 security devices
Five ROSA units and two RIO Mini units are for a Midwest construction customer. Three ROSA units were ordered through a commercial-property security-services partner. Two TOM units are for an existing global logistics customer.
Source - 2026-10-06 - Commercial Order - AITX adds cosmetics-site security assignment with third ROAMEO purchase
The customer’s first ROAMEO is operational, its second is scheduled for October deployment and the third is expected by year-end. ROAMEO patrols mapped routes, detects activity and uses onboard communications to support security-team responses. PURSUON, AITX’s mobile-robotics subsidiary, handles ROAMEO development and manufacturing while RAD drives commercial adoption.
Source - 2026-10-05 - Commercial Order - AITX’s RAD receives repeat order for two RIO Mini and two TOM systems
The customer previously expanded across TOM, RIO and AVA devices, software subscriptions and a second ROAMEO patrol vehicle. Its existing RAD applications span visitor management, access control, monitoring and mobile patrol across multiple locations. The new systems remain at the order stage, with deployment and acceptance still prospective.
Source - 2026-09-30 - Commercial Order - RIO 360 healthcare expansion adds a second location for existing RAD client
The repeat order is for a separate location within the same customer’s operations. RIO 360 combines mobile security infrastructure with autonomous detection and response functions.
Source - 2026-09-10 - Product Launch - AITX’s RAD makes SARA Assess commercially available
The integration checks connected security controls, updates facility risk scores and initiates corrective actions. SARA Assess is RAD’s first commercial integration with a third-party physical-risk platform. The software can operate across third-party security systems without requiring deployment of RAD hardware.
Source - 2026-09-09 - Commercial Order - AITX subsidiary RAD receives follow-on RIO, ROSA and SARA orders
The orders cover two RIO 360 units, one RIO Mini, one ROSA unit and four SARA licenses for third-party cameras. A medical-technology customer added a Midwest RIO 360 site; a spirits customer added RIO 360, ROSA and four SARA licenses. An Alaska channel partner ordered RIO Mini for a remote operating environment with severe weather and limited infrastructure.
Source - 2026-08-31 - Commercial Order - RAD reports 32-unit August order intake across five systems
The mix comprised 20 ROSA units, eight RIO units, two AVA units, one TOM unit and one ROAMEO autonomous patrol robot. Twenty-four units had appeared in five earlier August announcements; the month-end disclosure adds eight previously undisclosed units without double-counting the earlier orders. RAD defines an order as an accepted purchase order or written commitment; the units had not generated recognized revenue and remain subject to final documentation or modification.
Source - 2026-08-11 - Commercial Order - RAD receives repeat ROAMEO order from logistics customer
The customer selected a second ROAMEO for another major logistics facility after deploying RAD systems at multiple sites. RAD anticipated installation before the end of 2026.
Source - 2026-08-03 - Org Change - AITX commits to $2.4m annualized cost-reduction plan
The plan includes eliminating approximately seven positions, equal to about 5% of AITX's global workforce; those reductions account for roughly 40% of the expected savings. The remaining savings are expected from lower spending on consultants, contractors, professional services and other third parties, alongside salary deferrals. AITX expects the savings to be fully effective by December 2026 and moved its positive monthly operating-cash-flow objective to 31 December 2026 after missing its earlier May target.
Source - 2026-07-30 - Commercial Order - AITX subsidiary RAD books 24-unit data-centre construction order
The order covers 12 RIO Mini trailers and 12 ROSA security units, all equipped with SARA licences. RAD described it as its largest single data-centre construction order to date. Full deployment is expected by 1 September 2026; the agreement has a minimum two-year term and a third-year option.
Source - 2026-07-16 - Market Signal - AITX subsidiary RAD receives conditional five-vehicle ROAMEO order
RAD stated a recurring fee of $9,000 per vehicle per month over 36 months, implying $45,000 in monthly recurring revenue if all five vehicles are deployed and accepted. The company said the potential aggregate contract value would be about $1.62 million. No definitive contracts had been executed; deployment is expected to begin in 2027 and remains conditional on contracting, deployment and acceptance.
