Cobalt AI provides autonomous indoor patrol robots as part of a managed enterprise-security service. Robots follow scheduled or on-demand routes, process camera and environmental signals onboard, conduct facility checks and send detected events to Cobalt Monitoring Intelligence. They can use access-control integrations or a physical arm to open doors and the Otis API to travel between floors.

The monitoring platform combines robot observations with fixed cameras, door alarms and other sensors. AI handlers classify events, correlate video with access logs, clear routine alarms and trigger actions such as locking a door, creating a ticket or dispatching a robot. Cobalt Command Center specialists verify significant incidents and interact through two-way audio and video. Annual deployments include setup, maintenance and continuous support across campuses, offices, manufacturing and logistics sites.
