  Kassow Robots announced Automate 2026 demonstrations at Booth 2036 for its 7-axis collaborative robot portfolio. The booth program highlighted the KR 1824 model and a mobile-platform use case with two KR Series cobots for material handling. Kassow also demonstrated integration with Bosch Rexroth ctrlX AUTOMATION and the Kassow Robots Connector App for industrial control workflows.

• 2024-12-05 - Deployment - Kassow Robots KR1410 palletizes feta cheese boxes at Epirus S.A.

  A Netelco aluminium gripper grasps the boxes from the side and places cardboard between pallet layers. Each Euro pallet contains 11 layers of 33 boxes per layer. A Bosch Rexroth Varioflow Line conveyor feeds the cobot in the existing production area.

  Fraunhofer IPA assessed the original black KR1410 at 50% and 100% of its maximum velocity. The assessment follows ISO 14644-14 and report KA 2405-1520. The certificate was first issued on 12 June 2024 and remains valid for five years from that date.

• 2023-07-10 - Capability - Kassow cobot uses SICK guidance for automated picking

  PLOC2D provides 2D part localization through dedicated image-processing hardware and an algorithm designed to find parts quickly and reliably. Kassow integrated the sensor into its robot-control system so picking jobs could be set up and switched with minimal commissioning and training. The integration targets picking across Kassow’s seven-axis cobots, whose extra joint helps them work around corners and in confined spaces.
