Acrab is building a vertically integrated edge-compute platform rather than selling a standalone chip. GELIX 1 provides the purpose-designed silicon layer, Agent Box demonstrates local high-parameter model execution, and the associated software coordinates models, devices and actions. The design is aimed at lowering latency and dependence on cloud inference for agentic workloads.

Founded in Singapore in 2024, Acrab emerged from stealth in 2026 after disclosing more than $350 million in cumulative backing and completing its first SoC bring-up. The company identifies industrial robots, service robots and smart vehicles among its intended commercial environments, while retaining a broader edge-device strategy. Its August Series B is funding product scale, ecosystem development and the next generation of the computing platform.
