About Aurora Innovation

Aurora Innovation develops and operates the Aurora Driver for commercial freight trucking. Its driver-as-a-service system combines sensors, onboard compute, autonomy software, vehicle controls, remote assistance and fleet operations for long-haul carriers and shippers.

Aurora began regular driverless customer deliveries between Dallas and Houston in May 2025 and introduced second-generation International LT trucks in July 2026. Those routes represent contracted deployment plans; Aurora had not stated that Value Truck driverless hauls were already operating.
