About Apeiro Motion
Apeiro Motion develops rugged unmanned ground systems, quadrupeds, robotic arms and fibre-optic communications equipment for defence and industrial operations. Its modular approach combines mobile bases with sensing, manipulation and mission payloads for remote work in dangerous, disrupted or communications-constrained environments.
The company's fibre-optic spools provide low-signature, jam-resistant links for guided and tethered platforms, while ground robots carry cameras, tools or other equipment into inaccessible areas. Apeiro designs and integrates hardware around reconnaissance, inspection, handling and remote-intervention workflows, supplying systems that can be adapted to the payload, terrain and control requirements of each mission.

Ondas expected the transaction to close in the third quarter of 2025 and said Apeiro was expected to generate more than $12 million of 2025 revenue.
