Feather Robotics was founded in 2025 by Hoa Mai and Parsa Bakhtiari to make general-purpose robots easier for developers to buy, configure and deploy. Its first system is a wheeled dual-arm robot with teleoperation, an open Python and ROS 2 interface, configurable arm lengths and onboard compute.

  • 2026-09-24 - Funding - Feather Robotics discloses pre-seed financing

    Builder Capital, Geometry, SEED Innovations and Virgo VC also participated. SEED Innovations said its $1 million commitment, announced in May, converts at a qualifying round or liquidity event subject to a $60 million valuation cap. Feather said it had delivered its first customer order within nine months of founding and surpassed $1 million in revenue.
