About Flow Robotics
Flow Robotics extends liquid handling into sample identification and preparation around the pipetting step. Its scanID reader captures one- and two-dimensional codes across a rack of sample tubes, then passes those identities to flowbot ONE for subsequent processing. It can also operate independently, exporting the scanned information for use in another laboratory workflow.
The robot's accessory ecosystem covers mixing, temperature control, cooling and magnetic separation, allowing laboratories to assemble a protocol around their sample requirements. Application support and service accompany the instrument, and OEM partnerships provide a route for incorporating the platform into other offerings. The result is a configurable laboratory workstation with traceability and preparation tools surrounding the liquid transfers.
