Revvity’s laboratory-automation portfolio combines liquid handlers, plate movers and software into workflows for genomics, screening, diagnostics and assay preparation. Sciclone G3 provides an open robotic deck for pipetting and plate-based processes, while explorer G3 and customised workstations add storage, readers, incubators and instruments from multiple suppliers. AssayMate targets lower-throughput preparation with liquid-level detection and automated plate handling.

A laboratory begins with an assay or sample protocol, which Revvity converts into programmed transfers, mixing, incubation and instrument steps. Barcode tracking, grippers and LIMS interfaces preserve sample identity as plates move through the process, while scheduling software coordinates longer multi-instrument runs. Revvity also maintains vendor-qualified methods, including more than 120 next-generation sequencing workflows, allowing customers to automate established protocols with ready-to-run liquid-handling methods.

  • 2026-02-05 - Product Launch - Revvity debuts discovery automation platforms at SLAS2026

    The SLAS2026 slate included Opera Phenix OptIQ, EnVision Nexus One and the AssayMate liquid-handling workstation. Revvity positioned the launches around high-throughput workflows spanning early screening, imaging and data-driven discovery. AssayMate automated routine plate-based assay preparation while the imaging and detection platforms expanded adjacent discovery workflows.
