About HABIT
HABIT gives conversational AI a mobile or physically situated presence inside commercial venues. Its robots detect nearby visitors, initiate interaction, answer common questions and direct attention to products, promotions or services. The system must combine speech, scene awareness and timing so the robot can determine when to engage, respond to changes in the surrounding space and operate continuously without demanding attention from staff.
Private-beta robots are deployed across US restaurants and stores and interact with thousands of people. Those deployments create operating data for HABIT’s research into scene understanding, long-horizon adaptation and trust and safety. The company uses the fleet to improve how robots answer questions and influence customer actions over time while maintaining privacy, security and predictable behaviour in public commercial settings.

- 2025-05-21 - Product Launch - HABIT launches Orange Detail robotic car-detailing system
HABIT introduced Orange Detail, a robotic system designed to deliver premium exterior car detailing in under ten minutes. The system combines multimodal sensor fusion, specialized models, and precision end effectors for polishing and ceramic coating. HABIT positioned car detailing as the first service in a broader neighborhood robotic-deployment network.
