The group supplies robots with software, integration, support and local operations across Europe, the United States and the Middle East. Deployments serve hospitals, laboratories, manufacturing sites, warehouses, retail and hospitality, where mobile systems take on repetitive transport, cleaning, inspection and service tasks.

- 2025-09-05 - Org Change - United Robotics Group consolidates product rights under URG Holding
The company acquired the patent, trademark and content rights for the uLab, uLog, uServe and uClean product families. United Robotics Group Health & Food then continued operations under the United Robotics Group Holding name with a healthcare and life-science focus. The restructured company named Kerstin Wagner Co-CEO and COO alongside founder and CEO Wassim Saeidi.

The uLog range included delivery and lifting configurations for material transport, with disclosed payloads reaching 600 kilograms. The uClean range addressed professional floor-care workflows across commercial and industrial environments. uServe extended the portfolio into hospitality, healthcare and other customer-facing assistance tasks.

uLink debuted with a modular accessory interface and a payload capacity of up to 60 kilograms. Its open API, development tools and no-code controls support integration with operating systems, doors, elevators, AMRs and AGVs. The platform combines 3D LiDAR navigation, operational dashboards and automatic charging for missions lasting up to 14 hours.

The October 2023 agreement granted United Robotics Group rights connected to KEVIN distribution and commercialization. The partners also agreed to continue technical development of the mobile laboratory robot. United Robotics Group took responsibility for manufacturing and distributing KEVIN within its laboratory-automation portfolio.

The collaborators developed the mobile laboratory robot for deployment within existing clinical laboratory environments. Its workflow scope included sample handling and interaction with laboratory equipment while moving autonomously between workstations. The project targeted repetitive and physically demanding tasks so laboratory personnel could focus on higher-value work.

The January 2023 agreement covered a majority interest in Valencia-based Robotnik Automation. Robotnik brought autonomous mobile robots, mobile manipulators and modular control software into the group. The transaction also added approximately 70 robotics specialists and experience integrating robot arms with mobile platforms.

Plato was designed in Paris, manufactured in France and launched for European and United States customers. The autonomous mobile platform supports food and drink delivery, table bussing and other repetitive hospitality tasks. Its human-robot interface drew on the interaction and expression work behind the Pepper and NAO social robots.

CobiotX defined a third generation of service robots intended to work directly alongside people. The April 2022 agreement covered SoftBank Robotics Europe SAS and was subject to customary closing conditions. SoftBank Robotics Group was to receive a minority stake in United Robotics Group and maintain global robot marketing cooperation.
