HCFA supplies PLCs, industrial controllers, HMIs, remote I/O, servo drives, servo motors and variable-frequency drives as one machine-automation stack. Manufacturers can coordinate logic, operator controls and multi-axis motion through products developed to work within the same control environment.

  • 2026-04-27 - Partnership - TPC Robotics signs strategic cooperation agreement with HCBOT for humanoid robot components

    TPC Robotics signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Hechuan Humanoid Robot Co., Ltd., known as HCBOT, on April 27, 2026. The agreement covers technology transfer, joint development, and production of humanoid robot components including actuators. The companies had previously signed a strategic cooperation and product supply agreement in February and showcased SCARA robots, humanoid robots, and robot actuators at InterBattery 2026 in Korea.

  • 2025-07-26 - Demonstration - HCBOT co-developed Qinglong Lite humanoid robot appears at WAIC 2025

    Qinglong Lite appeared at the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai during the July 26 to July 29 event window. The robot was jointly developed by a local humanoid robot innovation center, Zhejiang Hechuan Humanoid Robot Co., and the Longyou Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology. The platform is described as a low-cost, high-performance open-source humanoid robot for education, research, service scenarios, and intelligent interaction.

  • 2024-12-13 - Award - YOLO Youlong 01 receives CMCD motion-control innovation award

    YOLO Youlong 01 was completed as a humanoid prototype in August 2024 after Hechuan formed a dedicated humanoid-robot subsidiary. The CMCD award recognized the platform as a 2024 motion-control innovation product. The prototype programme applies Hechuan’s servo-drive and motion-control experience to a full humanoid system.

    HCBOT signed a cooperation memorandum with Huawei's Global Embodied Intelligence Industry Innovation Center on November 15, 2024. The cooperation is part of Hechuan Technology's humanoid robotics push, focused on embodied-intelligence robot research and development. The same report says Hechuan's humanoid robotics business includes complete robot bodies and core components such as rotary joint modules, linear actuators, dexterous hands, motors, and encoders.

    The SV730W uses Hechuan-developed control chips to coordinate multiple axes through a single controller. Its common-DC-bus architecture targets machine tools and automation equipment, including robotics applications. Hechuan reported reductions of up to 60% in installation space and 30% in wiring time.

  • 2024-08-22 - Demonstration - Hechuan exhibits YOLO Youlong 01 at World Robot Conference

    Hechuan said Zhejiang University of Technology supplied the software algorithms while Hechuan developed the robot platform and core components. The company reported making about 90% of the body components, including planetary roller screws, coreless motors, frameless torque motors, drive and control units and the dexterous hand. Hechuan identified the six-axis force sensor and reducer as externally sourced and said the robot remained in the research-and-development stage.
