About Cognibotics
Cognibotics develops high-speed industrial robots and motion-control software for material handling. Its HKM1800 uses hybrid kinematics and keeps most manipulator mass in the stationary base, supporting fast movement across a workspace of up to ten square metres with a 1,800-millimetre reach and 7.5-kilogram payload.
The platform targets picking and placing across multiple pallets in warehouses and distribution centres. Cognibotics states that HKM1800 can exceed 2,000 cycles per hour while using a lightweight moving structure to reduce energy demand. The Swedish company works with automation suppliers including KEBA on controls and application integration.
