About HepcoMotion
HepcoMotion manufactures precision guidance and motion components for automation machinery. Its V-guide portfolio ranges from compact and stainless-steel linear rails to heavy-duty track rollers, telescopic slides, ball screws, ring guides and curved track systems. Belt, pneumatic and screw-driven actuators add powered travel for loads with different speed, stroke and environmental requirements.
Machine builders combine these products into packaging, assembly, food-processing, machine-tool and handling equipment. Driven tracks circulate multiple carriages around a production path, while gantries and robot-transfer units extend motion across two or three axes or carry a robot along a seventh axis. Hepco provides standard components, sizing support and engineered assemblies, with V-bearing geometry designed to shed debris and maintain accurate movement in demanding production settings.

- 2023-12-05 - Demonstration - HepcoMotion and Beckhoff demonstrate GFX-r high-payload transport
The joint showcase at Oracle Red Bull Racing’s MK7 facility included a reveal of the GFX-r driven-track configuration for Beckhoff XTS. A track-management switch replaces limiting curves so longer movers and magnets can deliver driving force up to 400 N. HepcoMotion reported mover payloads of 30–40 kg and direct process loads around 1,500 N, with the system available to manufacturers.
