About HyperLeap
HyperLeap assembles warehouse sorting lines from interchangeable robot, workstation and put-wall modules. HyperPick uses vision to identify and feed mixed stacked parcels, HyperBot transports them without stopping for turns, and HyperWall directs items into configurable destinations. HyperStation provides a movable manual induction point, allowing operators and robots to share a process while capacity is added or removed around seasonal volume.
The RCS control layer schedules clusters of up to 2,000 robots, while the WES layer exchanges orders and status with WMS, MES and ERP systems through APIs and SDKs. Vision also detects dropped parcels, congestion and full destinations. HyperLeap rates an individual sorting unit at 720 parcels per hour and offers modular deployments that can be installed in one to two weeks. The company launched HyperSort at CeMAT Asia 2025 and entered the North American market in April 2026.
