Intelligent Energy develops proton-exchange-membrane hydrogen fuel-cell systems for uncrewed aircraft, aviation, material handling, mobility, data centres and distributed power. Its IE-SOAR range replaces or supplements UAV batteries to extend endurance for mapping, lidar survey, linear inspection, agriculture, delivery and defence missions.
IE-SOAR modules provide 800 watts to 2.4 kilowatts and can operate in parallel for higher-power aircraft. Six-to-sixteen-cell battery compatibility, hybrid peak-power batteries and built-in redundancy simplify integration with multirotor, fixed-wing and VTOL platforms. Rapid hydrogen refuelling and long flight duration support repeated beyond-visual-line-of-sight work; Intelligent Energy supplies engineering support alongside the commercial modules.
