KELA’s platform combines sensor integration, AI-driven fusion, threat classification and command software with field-hardened communications and modular payload hardware. Radar, electro-optical, thermal, radio-frequency and lidar inputs can be brought into a common operating picture, allowing an operator or autonomous subsystem to move from detection through identification and action without managing each vendor system separately.
The company deploys the architecture across counter-UAS, counter-intrusion, base security, border protection and armoured-vehicle programmes for allied governments, primes and programme offices. Optical and fibre links, resilient command channels and edge processing support operations where bandwidth and connectivity are contested. A 2026 framework with Innoviz adds high-resolution lidar to the sensing layer, illustrating KELA’s model of integrating commercial components into defence configurations rather than manufacturing every subsystem internally.
