Dominion Dynamics develops autonomous sensing, communications and command systems for defence and critical infrastructure in Arctic and austere environments. AuraNet links distributed sensors and edge computing through resilient networks, creating a shared operating picture where conventional connectivity and positioning may be unreliable.
The Ottawa company combines autonomy, remote sensing and command-and-control software with field-deployable hardware for surveillance and force protection. Canadian Rangers used AuraNet during Operation Nanook-Nunalivut, providing an operational test in northern conditions. A CAD 139 million Series A announced in 2026 supports product development and expansion for Canadian and allied users.

A TENCORE team will lead technology transfer and train Canadian technicians; the companies are working toward definitive agreements. The planned programme supports Ukraine’s front lines and includes development of an Arctic-hardened TerMIT for Canadian use and NATO exports. TENCORE reports delivering more than 5,000 UGVs to Ukrainian military units since 2024.

The round is described as the largest Series A in Canadian defence history. Dominion said it has raised CAD $169 million since launching in June 2025. The capital supports AuraNet, Scout, team growth past 100 employees, and a 25,000 sq ft Kanata manufacturing facility.
