About

About Matternet

Matternet operates autonomous aerial-delivery networks for healthcare, commerce and urban logistics. Its M2 aircraft carries packages up to two kilograms across routes of as much as 20 kilometres, while network software plans flights, monitors vehicles and coordinates hand-offs between origin and destination stations.

The Matternet Station secures packages in temperature-controlled bays, loads and unloads aircraft automatically and swaps batteries in under a minute. A compact ground footprint allows stations to sit near hospitals, laboratories and neighbourhood collection points. The M2 holds US type and production certificates, and Matternet provides networks directly or leases its technology to airlines and logistics operators; the system has completed tens of thousands of autonomous commercial deliveries.
