About Orbotix Industries
Orbotix’s ATA target-acquisition system uses onboard AI to scan an operating area, identify and classify objects and prioritise information for the operator. The architecture is designed to continue working in GPS-denied or communications-constrained conditions while retaining human control of mission decisions.
VMBRA adds autonomous surveillance and perimeter monitoring, while the company’s wider programmes include swarm and modular UAV architectures. Orbotix develops the airframe, sensing, AI and command layer around defined defence missions instead of treating autonomy as separate software added after platform design.

Orbotix will provide system architecture, onboard software, autonomy algorithms and AI integration. ROMAERO will provide aerospace manufacturing, assembly and component integration to NATO standards. The partners plan to build Romanian production capacity and expand into other European markets.
